At MeepoBoards, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.To cancel, please email us at service@meepoboard-eu.com with your order number and name.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may follow the return process outlined below after receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return & Refund
At MeepoBoards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order under the following terms.
To qualify for a refund or return:
(1)You must submit your request within 7 days of receiving the product.
(2)The item must be in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition.
(3)Products damaged due to improper use or circumstances that affect resale are not eligible.
(4)Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defects.
(5)Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return & Refund Restrictions

to request a return. Please include the following information:
(1)Order Number
(2)Product Name & Quantity
(3)Reason for Return or Refund
(4)Photos or videos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or return confirmation.
Package the Product: Safely package the approved items, including all original accessories, packaging, and free items, to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the Return: Send the product back to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the RMA/return confirmation. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that:
(1)The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
(2)The return shipping cost is deducted if not prepaid by us.
(3)A restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of use or is not in brand-new condition.
Important Notes:
(1)This process applies to all EU customers purchasing directly from www.meepoboard-eu.com.
(2)Accessories and free gifts included with your order are generally non-refundable unless they are defective.
(3)Requests made outside the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Time & Shipping
Refund Time:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days to appear.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defects or an error on our part.
5. Replacement Policy
If you would like to replace a product, contact us at service@meepoboard-eu.com.

For products with performance defects, MeepoBoards will cover round-trip shipping.

For products outside the warranty period, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
6. Price Match & Partial Refund Terms

Discontinued or out-of-stock products are not eligible for partial refunds.

Each eligible product may receive one refund only.

Fully refunded orders are not eligible for additional partial refunds.

Orders already being processed for full refund, return, or exchange are not eligible for partial refunds.

Partial refunds must be requested upon receipt of the order.

Pre-orders, bundled items, free items, and items purchased from other websites are not eligible.

Partial refunds are valid during promotional periods only and limited to specific models or colorways.

Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of the refund or future requests.

Partial refunds apply only to the same model/colorway purchased.

Any additional charges due to system errors or promotional pricing may be refunded if applicable.

Delivery status will be based on courier tracking information.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the courier’s website. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If you experience delays or issues with tracking, contact service@meepoboard-eu.com for assistance.
8. Policy Updates
MeepoBoards reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time based on current circumstances. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
