SECTION 1: SHIPPING ZONES AND DELIVERY TIME

We ship electric skateboards from our EU warehouse.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to customs, local postal services, or unexpected logistical issues.

SECTION 2: ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Processing includes order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation for shipment.

SECTION 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

• Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all details.

• 1–2 business days after shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SECTION 4: TRACKING UPDATES

• Tracking information may not update immediately.

• Updates will appear once your package is in transit within your country.

SECTION 5: ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before shipment.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at service@meepoboard-eu.com with your order number and name.

• To check your order status or track your shipment, please use the tracking link sent via email or contact service@meepoboard-eu.com.
