Warranty Policy

At MeepoBoards, we stand behind the quality of our electric skateboards and select parts. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and begins on the date your order is delivered.

Warranty Periods by Product

Note: Periods of inactivity or non-use by the customer do not pause or extend the warranty timeline.

The warranty covers defects in the following components:

• Hub Motor

• ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)

• Battery

• Remote

• Charger

In the event of a defect during the warranty period, MeepoBoards’ sole obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable item at our discretion.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

Not Covered Under Warranty:

1. Wear-and-Tear Parts: Front wheels, skateboard decks, motor belts, grip tape, and PU sleeves.
2. Artificial Damage: Damage from misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect (e.g., battery abuse), or failure to follow the user manual.
3. Water Damage: Meepo boards are IP56-rated for basic water and dust resistance. They are not waterproof. Riding through puddles or submerging the board may cause water intrusion and internal damage. Boards showing a red battery label have likely suffered water exposure and are not eligible for warranty service.
4. Second-Hand Boards: Warranty only applies to original purchasers with proof of purchase. Resold boards are not supported under warranty. 

How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty service, please contact our support team at:

When contacting us, please provide:

• Order number and date of purchase

• Product model and description of the defect

• Photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated by MeepoBoards.

This policy ensures that all EU customers receive clear and fair protection for manufacturing defects while setting expectations for proper use and exclusions.
